摘要
半实物仿真试验是制导武器系统研制过程的重要手段。半实物仿真集成平台的构建是对原有仿真系统的扩充和升级,集成平台包括了DOS、Windows 2000和LABVIEW RT三种操作系统,反射内存和广播内存两类实时通讯网络。介绍了集成平台的硬件构成和主要设备功能,解决了半实物仿真集成平台中的实时网络性能指标测试、实时数据采集和LABVIEW RT下利用反射内存进行实时数据传输、实时网络接口计算机设计等关键技术问题。目前,该半实物仿真集成平台已经成功运用于某制导武器的半实物仿真试验中。
The hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiments play an important role in the R&D process for new guided weapons. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation integrated platform is an expansion and .promotion upon the primary system. Three operating systems: DOS, Windows 2000 and LABVIEW RT as well as two kinds of real-time networks, i.e., the reflective memory and the broadcast memory were included in this integrated platform. The composition of the hardware and the main devices' functions were introduced. The key techniques included the performance test of the real-time network, the real-time data acquisition, the real-time data transmission upon reflective memory which runs on the LABVIEW RT system and the interface design of two real-time networks. This system has been used in the hard-in-the-loop simulation experiment of the guided weapon.
