摘要
先进控制技术在石油化工企业中的应用可创造一定的经济效益,但普遍存在着维护困难、某些基本控制环节不能实现闭环稳定等问题。分析了产生问题的原因,提出了解决问题的可能的途径。其中之一是采用无模型控制方法。
It is denoted that the economic effect can be obtained when the advanced process control technology applied in petrochemical industry.But there are some problems in the application of advanced process control,such as maintenance difficulty and some basic control loop under the unclosed loop stable and so on. The reasons are analyzed,and the feasible approach to solve the problems is introduced,one of which is the model free control method .
