摘要
目的了解下颌阻生智齿拔除过程患者的真实体验,为临床护理工作提供指导依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,通过深度访谈收集10例个案资料,对所获资料进行分析、反思、归纳,提炼出主题概念。结果下颌阻生智齿拔除患者真实体验主要包括焦虑、恐惧、期望、心理冲突、对手术环境和社会支持的需求。结论护理人员在下颌阻生智齿拔除患者手术期间应向其提供全方位的支持和高质量的护理。
Objective： To understand the real experiences of patients in the extraction process of impacted lower mandibular wisdom teeth so as to provide evidences for clinical nurses. Methods： A phenomenology method was designed to interview 10 individuals, and a main concept was derived through data analysis, evaluation and summarization, Results： The main experiences of patients in the extraction process of impacted lower mandibular wisdom teeth included： anxiety, fear, expectation, psychological conflicts, and requirement for operating environment and social support, Conclusion： It is important for clinical nurses to provide much support and high quality of nursing care to patients with extraction of impacted lower mandibular wisdom teeth,
