摘要
采用具有较强通用性的板坯连铸过程静态仿真软件CCPS OFFLINE,以新疆八一钢铁集团一号板坯连铸机为分析对象,针对Q235B钢和08Al钢的浇铸进行了二次冷却水量的优化设计,并在实际的浇钢过程中加以了应用。生产结果表明,二冷水量优化后对应的铸坯质量(尤其是三角区裂纹)较之优化前有了明显的改善,说明通过板坯连铸凝固传热仿真计算获得的优化二冷水量具有较好的合理性和适用性,该仿真软件可广泛地应用于板坯连铸机的二冷设计之中。
Based on analysis on the practical operation conditions in continuously casting steels Q235B and 08A1 respectively in the No. 1 Slab Caster of Sinkiang Bayi Steel, the secondary cooling water has been optimized by the universal static simulation software of slab continuous casting CCPS OFFLINE adopted in the actual casting process. From the production results it can be known that the quality of slab (especially Tri-angle-zone crack) under the condition of the optimized secondary cooling water has been improved distinctly. It strongly demonstrates that the optimized secondary cooling water, obtained from the numerical heat-transfer & solidification simulation of slab continuous casting, has good reasonability and adaptability, and the simulation software can be widely used in design of the secondary cooling water for slab caster.
