摘要
以镀锡钢板钝化工艺中的钝化时间为研究对象,采用金相观察、失重以及电化学等试验方法,研究了经不同钝化时间得到的镀锡钢板在不同介质中的耐蚀性。结果表明,在钝化过程中,随钝化时间的延长,镀锡钢板在酸性腐蚀溶液中的耐蚀能力增强;而在中性腐蚀溶液中,由于锡氧化膜的影响,镀锡钢板的耐蚀能力表现为先随着钝化时间的延长而增强,而后又随着锡氧化膜层的溶解而降低。
The corrosion resistance of tin-coated steel sheet in various corrosive fluids was investigated using metallography,weight-loss test and electrochemistry.It was found that the passivation time had remarkable effects on the corrosion resistance of the tin-coated steel sheet.Namely,the corrosion resistance of the tin-coated steel in acidic corrosive solutions increased with the increasing passivation time.However,its corrosion resistance in neutral corrosive solutions increased with the increasing passivation time in the early stage,due to the formation of tin oxide film,and it decreased therewith after a certain period of passivation,owing to the dissolution of tin oxide film.
