摘要
考察了辐射剂量(D)在0~25kGy范围和空气气氛下,γ-辐照对L型聚乳酸(PLLA)的粘均分子量((?)_η)、力学性能、热稳定性和化学结构的影响。结果表明:在0~15kGy的剂量范围内,所研究的PLLA的(?)_η随D增大而减小;而在15~25kGy的剂量范围内,其(?)_η则随D的增大而提高;PLLA的拉伸和弯曲性能受D的影响较小,而它的冲击强度随D的增大而呈现升高的趋势;PLLA的热分解温度因γ-辐照则有所下降,γ-辐照使PLLA的化学结构略有变化。
The effect of γ-irradiation dose( range from 0 to 25kGy ) on the viscosity-average molecular weight (^-Mη), mechanical properties, thermal performance, and the chemical structure of poly(L-lactic acid ) ( PLLA ) under air atmosphere was investigated. The results shown that the ^-Mη reduced in the doses range from 0 to 15kGy, but the M, increased from 15 to 25kGy of the doses; under the lower doses( range from 0 to 25kGy ), the tensile and bending properties were little affected by v-irradiation, but the impact strength was enhanced with increasing doses; its thermal decomposition temperature was decreased after being γ-irradiated. The chemical structure of irradiated PLLA was changed in extent, according to the infra-red spectrum ( IR).
