摘要
结合上海石化热电总厂310 t/h循环流化床锅炉的运行实例,研究循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统中床温的控制特性。根据锅炉燃烧试验曲线,确定了影响锅炉床温变化的各个调节变量及其相应的传递函数。其中,一次风变化对床温影响表现出典型的逆向响应特性。以经典控制理论为基础,详细分析了逆向响应系统的特点,与右半平面零点的关系,以及闭环的稳定性问题,并且将结论进一步推广到含有延迟环节的系统。
In connection with actual operational conditions of Petrochemical Co. Ltd., bed temperature control characteristics a 310t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of Shanghai of CFB boilers' combustion system are being studied. Using test obtained boiler combustion performance curves, the control variables, that affect bed temperature, together with their corresponding transfer functions, are found, which show primary air's typical inverse response characteristics in relation to bed temperature. Based on Classical cybernetic theory, the special features of inverse response systems, their relationship with the right-half-plane zeros, as well as the closed-loop stability problem, are all analyzed in detail. Conclusions are moreover extended to systems that include links beset with delay.
