摘要
为优化精密直线运动导轨的传动性能,研究了该机构的滚动球体与滑台导轨的接触角及载荷和位移的相互关系,提出了一种新的接触特性分析方法。建立了特性与精度分析的数学模型,进行了接触角、载荷和滑台位移的计算,给出了在不同速度、载荷情况下接触角与滑台位移的计算结果。研究发现用刚性预压可以显著提高该机构的工作精度。最后通过实例计算分析验证了本研究的有效性。
In order to optimize the transmission performance of the precision linear motion guide, the relationship between contact angle and loading - displacement are analyzed for balls and slipways in the mechanism. A new analytical approach is proposed, and a mathematical model of the contacting characteristic and precision analysis is established. The contact angle, loading and slipway displacement is proved up. Contact angle and slipway displacement are given for the special case of speed and loading. It is discovered that working precision could be substantively improved by using the rigidity preloading method. The effect of this method is proved by an instance calculation and analysis eventually.
