摘要
采用切块法对电缆铝护套连续挤压包覆型腔内的金属流动进行塑性力学分析,根据凸模中心水平面上下两侧静水应力平均值相等的原则得出了型腔设计的均压判定准则。应用该准则成功地设计出了用于制造铁路通信信号电缆铝护套的64型腔体,可生产的铝护套的最大直径和最大断面积分别达到了26.3mm和99mm2,大大地超过了20mm和55mm2的国际先进水平。
According to the equality of the hydrostatic stress mean values on both sides of central horizontal plane of the die ,a pressure balance criterion for designing die cavity in the cable Al sheath CONFORM cladding is presented by means of the slab method.So the problem of designing die cavity in which metal flows uniformly is solved.Based on the criterion,a new type of 64 die chamber for producing the railway communication cable Al sheath is designed successfully.The maximum section area and diameter of the cable Al sheath produced by the die chamber surpass those of the advanced world levels.
