摘要
城乡卫生人力资源配置的不公平性,已经成为我国卫生事业发展中不可回避的现实问题。本文从政策评价的角度,回顾分析了政府有关政策的实施效果,并针对问题,提出一些对策思考。希望通过政策引导和制度保障,促进城乡卫生人力资源配置公平性,从而逐步缩小城乡卫生保健水平的差距。
Inequity of urban - rural health human resources distribution had been an inevitable problem of health development. This article reviewed relevant policy effect and proposed some suggestions so as to promote human resources distribution equity and reduce urban and rural health care disparity.
