电子商务的发展是对企业管理方式的一场变革,从传统营销模式向网络营销模式转变。通过电子商务活动为企业寻找商机和市场,提高贸易量是中小企业营销发展的方向。中小企业通过实施电子商务总体规划,构建电子商务环境、建立企业网站、开展网络营销、加强人才资源管理等措施,实现营销模式、价值链、商务空间等变革与创新。
The electronic commerce development is a transformation to business managements, which transforms from the traditional marketing pattern to the network marketing pattern.Seeking opportunities and markets through the electronic commerce activity for the enterprises and enhancing the volume of trade is the direction of small and medium-sized enterprise marketing development. The small and medium-sized enterprise should adjust their strategies from the following aspects: making the general plan of electronic commerce; constructing electronic commerce environment; establishing enterprises' network station; initiating network marketing; enhancing human resources management. So the enterprises can achieve the innovation of the marketing pattern, the value chain and commercial space.
