摘要 二十一世纪,我国高等教育正由精英化教育迈向大众化教育,随着民办高校学生规模的迅速扩大,教学质量和人才培养质量将受到严峻考验。当下,质量成为民办高校生存与发展的生命线,在这种背景下探讨民办高校的教学质量具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文着重对制约民办高校教学质量的师资、生源、课程体系、教学管理等四要素进行深入剖析,并在此基础上提出改进措施。 In the 21 st century, the higher education in China has transferred from elitist education into popular education. As the number of students in non-governmental institutions of higher learning is expanding rapidly, the quality of teaching and the quality of personnel training will be sorely tested. Teaching quality has come into the vital importance in the development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning; therefore, it is practically significant to study teaching quality under such circumstances. The paper emphatically analyzes the four teaching elements: teachers, students, curriculum system and teaching management system, and puts forward measures for improvement.
