摘要
一种新型可生物降解聚合物1(chitosan-g-PEI-g-PEG-OH)通过壳聚糖、聚乙烯亚胺以及聚乙二醇的接枝反应合成。采用红外光谱和氢核磁共振谱对其结构进行表征。该接枝聚合物具有双亲性特征,在水溶液中可以自组装形成壳核结构的胶束,经扫描电镜观察该纳米粒子粒径在30-50nm。该聚合物具有非病毒性和可生物降解性,是一种潜在的基因传输载体。
A new non-viral conjugate, chitosan-g-PEI-g-PEG-OH polymer, was synthesized using grafting reaction with chitosan, polyethylenimine and polyethylene glycol for constructing amphiphilie grafting eopolymers. The conjugates were characterized by IR and 1HNMR, and can self-assemble to form mieelle-like nanopartieles in the aqueous media at the PH value of 5. The size of the nanopartieles was in the range of 30-50 nm. The hydrotropie polymer mieelles provide an alternative approach for DNA delivery.
