摘要
以4,4'-二氨基-二苯胺-2-磺酸代替苯胺,与1-羟基-7-氨基-3,6-二萘磺酸、间苯二胺、苯胺等合成无致癌作用的环保型黑色直接染料。探索了合成工艺及反应条件,并对其进行耐酸、耐碱等性能测试,用常规染色工艺对皮革进行染色应用。结果表明,染料的上染率较高,染料的耐皂洗牢度和耐日晒牢度与直接黑L-3BG相当。产品中未含有22种致癌芳香胺,染料本身也无致癌作用,在碱性条件下不会分解出致癌芳香胺,是符合ECO-Tex Standard 100要求的新型染料。
The environmental black direct dyestuff without carcinogensis was prepared by 4,4' - diamino - dibenzidine - 2 - sulfonicacid, 1 - hydroxy - 7 - aminonaphthalene - 3,6 - dusuifonicacid, m - benzoic - diamine and aniline. The synthesis technology and process was investigated, the resistance to acid and alkali were tested and the resultant dyestuff was applied in the normal leather dyeing process. It shows that the rate of dye - uptake was good and the fastness to soap and solarization were comparable with black direct dyestuff L - 3BG. There are no 22 carcinogenic aromatic amines in the resultant dyestuff. The dyestuff itself has no carcinogenic effect and it does not release carcinogenic aromatic amine in alkali conditions. Therefore it is a novel dyestuff which meets the requirement of ECO - Tex Standard 100.
