感音神经性聋治疗的新进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的感音神经性聋是由于耳蜗毛细胞的损害导致听力丧失,目前药物治疗仅对某些早期病变有效,主要采取以恢复耳蜗做循环,改善其代谢过程和供氧为主的综合治疗方法,人工耳蜗是目前治疗重度感音神经性聋的有效方法之一,基因治疗是未来的突破口。本文主要介绍近年来临床方案的新进展。
