摘要
目的研究分析护理专业导师与研究生共同关注的培养质量问题。方法自设问卷对国内10所护理院校的导师及研究生进行调查,主要内容包括研究生培养质量主要标准的界定,研究生教育对个人的主要作用,对导师形象以及在指导领域、指导方式和指导频率等方面的期望等9个条目。结果目前护理专业研究生教育最为重要的问题是重视研究生的培养质量,研究生的实际工作能力和论文水平是研究生培养质量的主要标准,入学水平和导师指导是培养质量的主要影响因素;研究生教育期间,导师在课题研究与申报领域方面的指导是最为重要的,可以根据不同的研究方向选择不同的指导方式。结论确保研究生的入学水平是提高研究生培养质量的基础,严把导师队伍建设是提高研究生培养质量的关键,采用灵活的指导方式进行多领域、多元化指导以提高研究生的综合素质,是护理教育质量的保证。
Objective To research and analyze the issues in the postgraduates' quality of culture, which are concerned by the mentors and their postgraduates. Methods Mentors and postgraduates in 10 nursing school in China were investigated by means of questionnaires which were containing 9 subjects such as the crucial criteria for the postgraduate's quality of culture, the postgraduate education effecting on individual,the expectations for the image of mentors and the areas,methods and frequency of mentors' instructions and so on. Results At present, the most important issue concerning the postgraduate education of nursing is that we should take more attention to cultivating quality. The postgraduates' ability to work and their articles' quality are the critical criteria for the cultivating quality, the enrollment levels of postgraduates and mentors' instructions are as suggest as the major factors. During the postgraduate education, it is the most important factors of mentors' instruction in the areas of the subjects research and the proposal Mentors can take different methods to instruct their students according to the different research directions. Conclusions Ensuring the enrollment levels of postgraduates is the basis of improving the quality of postgraduates. It is critical to strictly control the construction of the mentors' team. Adopting the flexible methods in the instruction to improve the overall quality of postgraduates may ensure the quality of nursing education.
