62例2型糖尿病患者强化治疗中低血糖发生的特点分析 被引量:46

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病强化治疗过程中低血糖发生的特征。方法将2型糖尿病患者分为胰岛素治疗组(37例)、磺脲类治疗组(8例)和诺和龙治疗组(17例)。用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)进行72h血糖监测,根据血糖测定图谱观察各组低血糖发生的特征。结果各组低血糖多于(24h制)11:00~12:00、21:00~5:00发生,最多见于凌晨2:00。餐后3h血糖较餐后2h能更好地预测低血糖的发生。磺脲类治疗组较胰岛素治疗组、诺和龙治疗组低血糖发生率明显升高(χ2=9.139,P=0.003)。结论CGMS能及时准确地发现低血糖,了解低血糖的影响因素及低血糖后的反应,可以指导临床,制定有针对性的治疗及护理方案。
