摘要
针对厌氧发酵体系,选用碱性阴离子交换树脂对丁二酸进行了吸附分离研究。通过静态吸附实验筛选得到了201强碱和D301弱碱树脂,其吸附量分别为150mg/g和300mg/g。分别测定了上述2种树脂对丁二酸的吸附速率曲线和吸附等温线,讨论了吸附平衡的主要影响因素。结果表明:在pH4~5条件下,强碱201树脂具有较好的吸附性能,确定了201树脂对丁二酸的最适操作条件为固液比为1(g)∶20(mL),pH4.14。同时,对201树脂的动态吸附、洗脱特性进行了初步的研究。
For the anaerobic zymolytic system, basic resins were selected to study the adsorptionand separation of succinic acid. The resin 201 and D301 were studied by static adsorption experiment which can reach 150 mg/g and 300 mg/g in adsorption capacity respectively. The adsorption ratio curves and adsorption isothermal curves of two basic resins have been investigated and the main factors related to absorption equilibrium were discussed. Results showed that basic resin 201 can provide better capacity and selectivity. In this thesis, the best condition(the resin/solution ratio l(g) : 20(ml), temperature 20℃, and pH 4. 14) of the adsorption were determined. At the same time, the dynamic absorption, elution and regeneration of resin 201 were preliminarily studied.
