摘要
磷酸寡糖(phosphoryl oligosaccharides,简称POs)是从马铃薯淀粉水解产物中提取的新型功能性低聚糖。文中阐述了磷酸寡糖的结构、功能以及制备方法的最近研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
A new type of functional oligosaccharides-phosphoryl oligosaccharides (POs) was developed from potato starch hydrolysate. The structure, functional properties and preparation of Pos were introduced. And the development trends were included as well.
