摘要
目的通过对508份标本进行致病性弧菌的分离鉴定,调查弧菌的生态分布状况,有效防止食源性疾病的发生。方法对各类标本进行致病性弧菌的分离鉴定,对菌株进行溶血素、霍乱肠毒素测定和药物敏感实验,对环境因素进行分析。结果腹泻病人粪便、海产品、外环境标本致病性弧菌检出率分别为33.57%、11.54%、65.52%,非O1群霍乱弧菌和副溶血弧菌检出率最高。大多数外环境检出的菌株产生霍乱肠毒素。环境因素调查表明,在水温20℃~25℃、水PH值为6.0~7.0时致病性弧菌的检出率最高。结论各类样标本中均广泛存在着多种致病性弧菌,大部分菌株产生溶血毒素和霍乱肠毒素。加强对海产品和外环境水等的监测工作,预防由该群菌引起的人群感染和流行。
Objective The present study was conducted to investigate the spread of vibrio and to prevent the outbreak of food born disease, through the separation and identification of pathogenic vibrio in 506 samples. Methods To isolate and identify the pathogenic vibrio from various samples. To analyze the CT virulence, hemolysin and drug sensitivity of these strains. Results Detection rate of pathogenic vibrio isolated from feces of diarrhea patient, sea food, environmental sample was 33.57% ,11.54% ,65.52%, repectively. Vibrio cholerae non-O1 and vibrio para- heamolyticus were found mostly. At same time, the pathogenic vibrio can be isolated easily when water temperature was 20℃-25℃ and pH value of water was 6.0-7.0. Conclusion Various pathogenic vibrio can be found in many kinds of samples. Most of them produce CT virulence and hemolysin. In order to prevent the disease caused by patho- genic vibrio, we should strengthen the surveillance of sea food and water.
