摘要
从技术、经济两个方面分析了用膜分离装置产生的富氧空气代替普通空气焙烧硫铁矿并实施富氧转化的可行性。结果表明,使用富氧空气不仅使通过装置的气量减少209%~320%,而且由于氧浓度的提高,缩短了焙烧时间,强化了转化过程。对40kt/a硫酸装置,可使总投资减少400万元,投资回收期缩短11年。
Abstract The feasibility of replacing common air by O 2-enriched air from a membrane separation facility for pyrite roasting and SO 2 conversion at higher O 2 concentration is analysed technically and economically.The results show a decrease of 20 9%~32 0% in gas rate through plant,less roasting time and intensified conversion.For a 40kt/a sulphuric acid plant,the capital cost will be decreased by 4 million yuan and the payout period will be shortened by 1 1 years.
