摘要
以狼山鸡为素材,利用“家系等量随机选配法”和“随机交配法”(对照组)2种保种方法进行继代繁殖鸡群,每个保种群每个世代的鸡只均逐只编制往上追溯5代的系谱图,利用回归斜率分析方法计算世代增量。结果表明,试验组保种群的近交系数的世代增量均呈负增长,公鸡、母鸡分别为-0.003 7和-0.004 4;对照组公鸡、母鸡分别为0.001 7,0.002 2。采用家系等量随机选配法保存鸡种,可有效地控制保种群近交系数的增长。
The "stemma equimultiple random select cross method" (experiment group) and "random mating method (ck)" were used to propagate offspring population of Langshan chicken. For each population, the pedigree of individuals were ascended up to 5 generations. Then, their generation increment of inbreeding coefficient was caculated using the regression slope rate. The resuits indicated that the generation increments of experiment group were negative,- 0. 003 7 for males and- 0. 0044 for females, but they were 0. 0017 and 0. 0022,respectively, for the ck. It was concluded that the stemma equimultiple random select cross method could constrain the increments of inbreeding coefficient.
