天津市部分公共场所集中空调卫生状况基线研究 被引量:5

Investigation and Analysis on the Pollution Status of Heating-Ventilating-Air Conditioning Systems in Tianjin Public Places

摘要 目的掌握集中空调通风系统污染现状,正确评估集中空调通风系统污染现状和疾病传播的可能性。方法抽取天津市39家公共场所,对其集中空调通风系统污染现状进行现场采样调查,对集中空调通风系统送风口积尘重量和积尘中细菌总数、真菌总数,送风中细菌总数、真菌总数、溶血型链球菌进行现场采样和实验室分析。结果冷却水中军团菌均未检出;送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)检测结果全部合格,细菌总数平均超标率40.0%,真菌总数平均超标率20.0%,溶血性链球菌均未检出;积尘重量平均重度污染率20.5%,平均中度污染率64.1%;积尘中细菌总数平均超标率41.0%,真菌总数平均超标率71.8%。结论公共场所集中空调通风系统送风口生物性污染较为严重,尤以真菌污染为重,故应加强集中空调通风系统使用单位的卫生意识,及时开展集中空调通风系统的清洗消毒。 Objective To investigate the pollution status of heating - ventilating - air conditioning (HVAC) systems in Tianjin and to assess the possibility of disease disseminates in Tianjin public places. Methods 39 ventilated systems in air condition were taken out from every kind of public place in Tianjin. The dust samples were collected and examined from the HAVC system. The indices of aerobic bacterial count, aerobic molds count and the content of staplococcus hewolyticus were determined. Results Legionella had not be found in cooling tower water; the PM10 in HAVC was under the standard; 40. 0% bacterial and 20. 0% aerobic molds count exceeded the standard and streptococcus shemolylicus not be checked out. Among HAVC systems in Tianjin Public Places, the volume of dust in the air pipe, 64.1% of them were moderately polluted and 20.5% were seriously polluted; 41.0% aerobic bacterial count and 71.8% aerobic molds in the dust were over the standard. Conclusion The HAVC systems in Tianjin pubhc places have been seriously polluted, especially the pollution of aerobic molds. The hygiene management must be going on enhancing and the HAVC systems must be cleaned in time.
