摘要
目的:观察阿魏酸钠治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效及对血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平的影响。方法:43例RA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用阿魏酸钠,连用4wk。ELISA法检测治疗前后血清VEGF、TNF-α水平。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91.30%、75.00%(P<0.05),治疗后血清VEGF、TNF-α水平治疗组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿魏酸钠能显著提高RA患者的疗效,并能影响血清VEGF、TNF-α水平。
OBJECTIVE： To study the curative effect of Sodium Ferulate（SF） on rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and its effects on the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） .METHODS： A total of 43 patients with RA were randomly divided into trial group and the control group： conventional treatment was adopted in both groups, but the trial group was treated additionally with SF injection for 4 consecutive weeks.Serum levels Of VEGF and TNF-α before and after treatment were determined by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） .RESULTS： The total effective rate in the trial group the control group were 91.30% vs. 75.00% （P 〈 0.05）.The levels of VEGF and TNF-α in trial group were significantly lower than in control group after treatment（P〈 0.05） .CONCLUSION： SF can improve the curative effect of RA meanwhile influencing the expressions of serum VEGF and TNF-α.
