摘要
利用可视化实验手段,动态拍摄了楔形收敛挤出口模内聚合物熔体的流动轨迹线,借助于轨迹线,分析了熔体在口模中的流动状态,同时通过实验得到了熔体在口模过渡区内的停留时间与挤出流量之间的关系。与计算机模拟的分析结果比较表明,计算机模拟结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性。
By means of the visualization device,the flow trajectories of polymer melts in an cuneiform convergent extrusion die were recorded by video.On the basis of the flow trajectories,the flow state of polymer melts inside the die was analyzed.The relations between the residence time of polymer melts in the transition zone of the die and the extrusion output were worked out experimentally and compared with that of numerical simulation.The comparison shows that the experimental results are in good agreement with those of numerical simulation.
