摘要
结合实际生产研究模具成型中出现的磨损问题,通过对机械、电气和生产管理方面的分析,观测研究了影响模具寿命的因素。并采用电火花加工表面改性技术,对金属模具表面进行放电沉积处理试验和对结合层进行分析,以显著提高模具的耐磨性和使用寿命。
Based on the existence abrasion problem in actual production,the paper studied the influence factors on the mould life through analysing machine,electric and production management.Becides,it adopted the surface changing technique to discharge and deposit treatment on the spurface of metal mould.Through the analysing the combining layer,it shows that can increase wear resistence and mould life.
