摘要
对当归口服液质量标准的制定进行了研究，采用薄层色谱法对其口服液中的当归进行了定性鉴别，以阿魏酸为指标，运用高效液相色谱法进行了含量测定。平均回收率９８．６２％，Ｒｓ为０．４９３％。
To study the quality standard establishment of Danggui oral liquid,TLC method was used to qualitative identification of Radix Angelicae Sinensis in the ora1 1iquid.The content was determined by HPLC using ferulic acid as index.The average recovery was 98 62% and Rs 4 093% .
