摘要
作者于１９８９年３月至１９９３年１０月采用大面积不规则野照射治疗恶性淋巴瘤１６例，与同期收治的采用局部野照射治疗的恶性淋巴瘤１８例进行比较分析。霍奇金淋巴瘤采用局部野照射后５年生存率为５４．５％，采用大面积不规则野照射可以提高到８８．９％。非霍奇金淋巴瘤采用局部野照射后５年生存率为５０．０％，采用大面积不规则野照射可以提高到７５．０％，采用大面积不规则野照射总的复发率可以由局部野照射的４４．４％下降到２５．０％，野外复发率由２７．８％下降到６．３％。结果显示，采用大面积不规则野照射恶性淋巴瘤可以提高生存率，降低复发率。
From March 1989 to October 1993,sixteen patients with malignant lymphoma were treated by irregular large fields(total or subtotal nodal irradiation) or conventional fields(mantle,spade or inverted Y field irradation) and compared with 18 cases of malignant lymphoma treated by local irradiation. The 5 year survival rate in local irradiation was 54.5%, in irregular large fields irradiation may be enhanced to 88.9% for the patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma. The 5 year survival rate in local irradiation was 50.0%, in irregular large fields irradiation may be enhanced to 75.0% for the patients with Non Hodgkin's lymphoma. The overall recurrence rate in local irradiation was 44.4%, in irregular large fields irradiation may be reduced to 25.0%. The non irradiation areas recurrence rate in local irradiation was 27.8%, in irregular large fields irradiation may be reduced to 6.3%. The result showed that irregular large field irradiation was much better than local irradiation for malignant lymphoma, it might enhance the survival rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
