摘要
目的探讨用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定六味清咽滴丸中苦参碱含量,建立六味清咽滴丸的质量标准。方法采用YWG-NH2柱,流动相为用磷酸调节pH值为2的乙腈-无水乙醇-水(80∶10∶10),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为室温。结果制剂中苦参碱质量浓度在0.2～2.6μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.91%。结论HPLC法灵敏、简便、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Liuweiqingyan Drop Pills. Methods The analysis was carried out on YWG- NH2 column by HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonotrile -anhydrous ethanol- water（80 ： 10 ： 10）with pH = 2 adjusted by phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detecting wavelength was at 220 nm. Results Matrine was separated good and had a good liner relationship within the concentration range of 0. 2- 2. 6 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 97. 1%, RSD = 1.91%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and rapid. The result is more satisfactory for the quality control.
