摘要
利用红外水分测定仪在各种测试程序下对邻甲酚酚醛环氧树脂的挥发分进行测试记录,并同烘箱法的挥发分测试结果比较,确定了红外水分测定仪法的最佳分析条件:升温程序选择为快速干燥程序;初始温度:90.0℃;终端温度:100.0℃;样品称量范围:(5.0±0.3)g;测试时间:15 min。结果表明:MA100红外水分测定仪目前测试条件下的测试结果与烘箱法一致,比烘箱法省时、高效、准确。每个样品分析节约时间2h;绝对误差≤0.02%;结果平行性更好。
The component of volatile matter of o - cresol novolac epoxy resin by infrared moisture instrument which was under all kinds of test procedure was tested and recorded and compared with the result from the way of oven. In the end, the best analysis condition of the infrared moisture instrument measure was determined: speedy drying procedure as the warming up procedure was adopted; initial temperature was 90.0 ℃ ; terminal temperature was 100.0 ℃ ;range of the sample weigh was 5.0 ± 0.3 g; test time was 15mino The result showed that every sample analysis could save two hours and absolute error≤0.02. The result was more parallel, as same as that in the way of oven and more saving time, accurate and higher efficiency than that in the way of oven.
