摘要
目的:考察在不同温度条件下,氟尿嘧啶与辅酶A、酚磺乙胺的配伍稳定性。方法:用辅酶A、酚磺乙胺注射液与氟尿嘧啶注射液在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍,分别于25℃、37℃条件下,采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后氟尿嘧啶的含量,同时观察外观变化及pH值。结果:不同温度条件下,氟尿嘧啶与酚磺乙胺注射液配伍液在12 h内颜色发生明显的变化,pH值和氟尿嘧啶的含量无明显变化;氟尿嘧啶与辅酶A注射液配伍液在12 h内性状、pH值和氟尿嘧啶含量均无明显变化。结论:氟尿嘧啶注射液可以与辅酶A配伍应用,但不能与酚磺乙胺配伍应用。
Objective: To study the stability of Fluorouracil injection with etamsylate injection and Coenzyme A injection at different temperatures (25℃, 37℃) in 12 hours. Methods: To mix fluorouracil injection with etamsylate injection and coenzyme A injection in 0.9% NaCl injection set at different temperatures (25℃, 37℃), while examine the appearance and pH value, assay content of fluorouracil injection in the mixed solution by UV spectrophotometer. Results: The mixed solution of fluorouracil injection and Etamsylate injection at different temperatures (25℃, 37℃ ) during 12 hours, the appearance changed obviously, but pH value and fluorouracil content didn't change obviously, the mixed solution of fluorouracil injection and coenzyme A iniection at different temperatures (25℃, 37℃) during 12 hours, the appearance, pH value and fluorouracil content didn't change obviously. Conclusion: The fluorouracil injection and etamsylate injection is not compatible. But the fluorouracil injection and coenzyme A injection is compatible.
