摘要
应用免疫组织化学SP法研究了神经生长因子在大鼠睾丸中的表达。研究发现:神经生长因子主要分布在睾丸的间质细胞和肌样细胞。大鼠睾丸神经生长因子免疫反应产物在4周龄为强阳性,23周龄为中等阳性,50周龄为弱阳性。结果还表明:随大鼠的年龄增大,神经生长因子在睾丸中的表达逐渐减少。
The distribution of NGF（Nerve Growth Factor） in rat testis was studied by immunohistochemistry SP method.It showed that NGF mainly distributed in testis leydig cells and myoid cells.NGF immunoreactants were found to be strongest when rats were 4 weeks old,medium on 23 weeks old and weakest on 50 weeks old.The results also indicated that NGF expression reduced gradually in testis with the age of rats.
