摘要 目的:探索团体归因训练改善大学生抑郁情绪的效果。方法:对3组研究组进行团体归因训练,比较训练前后贝克抑郁自评问卷(BDI)、归因方式问卷(ASQ)和自尊量表(SES)的得分情况,并与对照组进行比较。结果:研究组的学生训练前后的文字描述及抑郁程度(t=7.17,P<0.001)、归因方式(t=-5.66,P<0.001)及自尊(t=5.00,P<0.01)均有显著改善,研究组与对照组各问卷前后所测差值间差异显著:抑郁得分差值比较(t=4.98,P<0.001),归因方式(t=-5.31,P均<0.001),自尊(t=3.74,P<0.01)。结论:抑郁的团体归因训练在改善大学生的抑郁情绪中效果良好。 Objective:To explore the effect of group attributive training in undergraduates with depressive emotion. Method: Group attributive training was earried out by three study groups. The scores of Peek depression inventory (BDI), attributive style questionnaire (ASQ) and self-esteem scale (SES) in three study groups were compared before and after training and were compared with eontrol group, respectively. Results: Literalness-deseribing and depressive condition ( t = 7.17, P 〈 0. 001 ), attributive style ( t = - 5.66, P 〈 0. 001 ) and self-esteem ( t = 5.00, P 〈 0.01 ) in study groups were improved signifieantly after training. Compared with eontrol group, there were signifieant differenees in score ehanges of above questionnaires in study groups between before and after training, that is, change of depression score ( t = 4.98, P 〈 0. 001 ), change of attributive style score ( t = - 5.31, P 〈 0. 001 ) and ehange of self-esteem score ( t = 3.74, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Group attributive training is an effective way for undergraduates with depressive emotion.
