污泥资源化技术研究新进展 被引量:12

New progress and research on sludge resource reuse technologies

摘要 污泥产量巨大且成分复杂,如何合理处置污泥已越来越受到关注。介绍了污泥生物制氢、污泥高温气化制氢、污泥超临界水气化制氢等新兴污泥制氢技术;污泥低温制油、污泥制吸附剂、污泥制水泥、污泥制陶粒等技术,阐述了这些技术的进展情况和应用前景,指出资源化利用和能源回收应该是污泥处置的发展方向。 The sludge production is huge and its composition is complicated,more and more attention has been paid to the reasonable utilitization of sludge. The novel technologies for the production of hydrogen from sludge by means of microorganism, hydrothermal gasification,and supercritical water gasification are introduced. The technologies for the production of oil (in low temperature) ,absorbent,cement and pottery grain from sludge are also introduced. Meantime,the advantage and the prospect of these methods are reviewed. It is pointed out that the future development direction for sludge disposal is to utilize the disposed sludge as resource and recover it as energy.
