摘要
目的评价125I粒子组织间植入治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的可行性、安全性及其疗效。方法30例经病理证实的恶性肿瘤患者行CT导引下瘤体内125I粒子植入,跟踪随访1～12个月观察疗效。结果30例粒子植入均顺利完成,粒子分布满意,其中2例有少量气胸、1例有皮下气肿,均不需要处理,未见和治疗相关的放射损伤。随诊CT检查示6个病灶消失,其余24例病灶均有不同程度缩小。结论CT导引下125I粒子植入近距离放射治疗对原发及转移性恶性肿瘤是一种安全、可行、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To assess the feasibility and safety and therapeutic effect of radioactive seeds interstitial implanting therapy for malignant tumors.Methods Thirty malignant tumors proved by pathology were provided radioactive seeds interstitial implanting therapy guided by CT and the clinical therapeutic effect were followed-up with 1-12 months.Results Thirty cases were performed successfully,and the seeds were distributed suitably.Pneumothorax in two cases and cutaneous emphysema in 1 case among them were not serious,and radiation injury interrelated to therapy did not occur.Six lesions disappeared and twenty-four lesions diminished in follow-up.Conclusions Radioactive seeds interstitial implanting therapy for the patients with malignant tumors is a safe,feasible and valid therapy.
