摘要
提出了将粒子群优化算法(Patticle Swarm Optimization Algorithm,PSO)用于求解系统可靠性优化问题,建立了系统的可靠性模型,分别采用遗传算法(Genetic algonthm,GA)和PSO算法进行了优化仿真,结果表明采用PSO算法和GA算法都能实现系统可靠性优化,但是相比之下PSO算法的计算精度和求出最优解的概率更高,需较少的迭代次数,能更稳定的求解最优解,而且没有求解早熟的弱点,因此PSO算法更适合于系统可靠性优化。
This paper puts forward Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (PSO) for the optimization of system reliability. The optimization model of system reliability is given. Optimization simulations are conducted based on GA and PSO algorithm respectively. Results indicate that the PSO has the advantages over GA of higher calculation precision and probability of seeking the optimal result, less amount of calculation, higher stability without the weakness of premature seeking the optimal result, thus the conclusion that PSO is a better optimization method for system reliability.
