摘要
目的探讨企业员工时间管理倾向与心理健康水平的关系,以提高企业员工心理健康水平。方法采用成人时间管理倾向量表和SCL-90症状自评量表进行调查。结果企业员工时间管理倾向总分与躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、心理健康水平存在显著负相关,时间价值感与躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性、心理健康水平存在显著负相关,时间监控观和时间效能感与躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、精神病性、心理健康水平存在显著负相关。结论企业员工时间管理倾向与心理健康水平各因子高度负相关。
[ Objective ] To explore the relationship between time management tendency and psychological health level of the staff in enterprises in order to improve the workers'psychological health level. [ Methods ] Adult time management tendency scale and SCL 90 self symptom evaluation form were adopted for the investigation. [ Results ] The total score of time management tendency, time value sense, time surveillance and time efficacy sense were proved to have negative correlation with somatization, compelling symptoms, sensitive interpersonal relationship, depression, hostility, horror, crankiness, psychotic quality and psychological health level. [ Conclusion ] The time management and psychological health level factors are negatively correlated among the staff in enterprises.
