摘要
目的建立一种实用的工作场所空气中溴及其化合物的采样和测定方法。方法空气中溴及其化合物经吸收液吸收生成溴离子,用离子色谱分离,电导检测器检测。结果标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9994-0.9998,加标回收率为92.3%-104.3%,平均采样效率98.1%-100%。结论方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,能准确地测定空气中溴及其化合物。
[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of bromine and its compounds in the air of the workplaces. [ Methods ] The bromide and its compounds in the air of the workplaces were absorbed and generated into bromine hydronime; ion chromatogram was applied for the separation and conductance detector was used for the detection. [ Results] The correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0. 9994 - 0. 9998 ; the recovery rate was 92.3% - 104.3% ; the average sampling efficiency was 98.1% -100%. [ Conclusion]This method conformed to the requirements of "Standardization of Methods for the Determination of Toxic Substances in Workplaces".
