摘要
主要从4个方面叙述了采用无源软开关吸收电路技术70kW的DC/DC变换器,即(1)无源吸收电路的工作原理;(2)PWM控制方式的选择和比较;(3)大功率高频变压器的设计步骤;(4)一次侧整流电路二极管过冲电压限制以及吸收电阻的选型分析。最后给出了试验波形和效率曲线。
This paper presents a novel high efficiency de-de converter with passive soft switching snubber. We focus on four major issues in high power de-de converters: 1) the operating principle of the passive snubber circuit; 2) selection of PWM control methods to reduce the voltage spike and power loss across switching devices; 3) step by sep to design a high power and high frequency transformer, and 4) the voltage oscillation problem in the secondary diode rectifier is addressed and selection of the snubber resistor. Experimental waveforms and efficiency curves are given to demonstrate the validity and features of the converter.
