摘要
目的:为了探讨胃食管返流是否与先天性肠道神经支配有关。方法:对18例食管闭锁患儿和10例正常儿进行了表面胃电图检查。结果:食管闭锁组中2例胃频率减慢,2例胃频率加快,但是主频率为0.047±0.007Hz,与对照组的0.050±0.007Hz 并无明显差异;食管闭锁组胃电图的频率分布比对照组明显增宽(P=0.002)。结论:食管闭锁患儿胃电图频率增宽表明胃的电活动受到干扰,这可能与胃电活动不协调有关系,进而引起不正常的胃收缩。
Objective:To investigate the possible role of a congenital enteric nervous defect in the gastroesophageal reflux in children after repair of esophageal atresia(EA).Methods:Surface electrogastrography(EGG)was performed on 18 children with EA and 10 normal controls.The means of the dominant frequencies and the ranges of the frequency distribution were compared. Results:In the EA group,two patients had bradygastria and two tachygastria,but the dominant frequencies(0.047±0.007Hz)in EA group did not differ significantly from that of the controls (0.050±0.007Hz).However the range of the frequency distribution widened obviously in the EA group compared with normal children(P=0.002).Conclusions:The wide EGG frequency distri- bution in children with EA suggests interference in electrical activity of the stomach,which could be associated with incoordinate electric activity and abnormal gastric contraction.It can explain the high incidence of delayed gastric emptying and gastroesophageal reflux.
