剥脱性皮炎型药疹2例误诊分析及救治体会

摘要剥脱性皮炎型药疹属于重型药疹之一，是一种严重的病症，早期诊断和及时有效地治疗对控制病情的发展和预后十分重要。我科于2005年1月-12月共收治了7例剥脱性皮炎型药疹患者，其中有2例曾出现不同程度的误诊，现报告如下。
