摘要
采用铸造法制备10vol%和20vol/的SiC铝基复合材料.在不同载荷下对基体会金和复合材料进行了干摩擦条件下的对比试验.结果表明:ZL101/SiC复合材料显示出良好的耐磨性。在较高载荷下均匀分布的SiCp使磨面上形成较高含铁量的富铁层,能延缓粘着磨损的发生.
Aluminium alloy(ZL101 ) -SiC composite containing 10vol/ % and 20vol % SiCp were prepared by acasting method. The bry sliding wear behavoar of ZL 101 -SiC composite under varibIe loads is studied by comparativetesting. Composites exhibited better wear resistance compared with unreinforced alloy. The presence of dispered SiCphelp in reducing the adhesive wear and the formation of an iron-rich layer on the surface.
