摘要
深刻认识现代教育技术在远程教育教学中的重要地位及其应用的必要性和紧迫性;充分认识应用现代教育技术是现代科学技术和社会发展对教育的要求,提高远程教育工作者的技术应用能力是教育改革和发展的要求,也是远程教育教学的质量保障。
Profound understanding of the importance of modern educational technology in distance learning and teaching is necessary and pressing and understanding of the application of educational technology is the need for the developments of science, technology and society. Therefore, the enhancement of application of educational technology for distance workers is to meet the need of reform and development in education and the quality of distance learning and teaching.
