摘要
研究了35CrMnsi钢与YG13C硬质合金钎焊工艺,分析了影响钎焊强度的各种因素.实验结果表明,在硼砂中添加适量的硼酸可使钎焊强度提高;适当地控制钎焊加热温度、插接装配间隙及延长回火后随炉冷却时间皆有利于针焊强度的提高.
This paper deals with brazing process of 35CrMnSi steel with YG13C cemented,the effect factors ofbraaing strengtb are analysed. Tbe result shows th4t,braaing strength could be increased by means of adding apprqpridte boril acid in borax,and it is beneficial to promoting brazing strength to control brazing temperature, inserting fit-up gap and cooling rate in furnace after tempering.
