通心络胶囊对肺心病急性加重期患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨通心络胶囊对肺心病急性加重期患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法100例肺心病急性加重期患者随机分成常规治疗组、联用治疗组各50例,常规治疗组予以吸氧、抗感染等常规治疗,联用治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊3粒,每日3次,疗程均为2周。治疗前后抽血检测NO、CGRP及ET水平,并与同期纳入的健康体检者50例(健康对照组)比较。结果肺心病急性加重期2组患者血浆NO和CGRP显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01),ET显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗前后NO、CGRP和ET均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),联用治疗组与常规治疗组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可抑制ET的分泌,升高NO和CGRP,可用于肺心病急性加重期的治疗。 Objective To investigate the influence of Tongxinluo capsule on vascular endothelin function in patients with cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage. Methods 100 patients with cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage were randomly divided into two groups: routine treatment group and combined treatment group, and 50 healthy subjects were used as control group. 50 patients in routine treatment group were treated by oxygen inhalation and antiinfection therapy, however, the other 50 patients in combined treatment group, on the basis of routine treatment, were treated with Tongxinluo capsule, 3 pills once, 3 times a day. The plasma NO, CGRP and ET were detected before and after treatment in beth groups and compared with those in control group. Results The levels of NO and CGRP in beth patient groups were significant lower than those of control group ( P 〈 0.01),however, the levels of ET were obviously higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0.01). The levels of NO, CGRP and ET in beth patient groups were significantly improved after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01) .There was a significant difference in levels of NO, CGRP and ET between two patient groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule could inhibit the secretion of ET, and could increase the levels of NO and CGRP, so which could be used in the treatment of cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage.
