质粒介导AmpC型β-内酰胺酶的基因型和检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 革兰阴性杆菌中质粒介导AmpC酶引起的耐药,因其耐药范围扩大、耐药性由质粒转移、发生率快速增长及新基因型的不断发现。已成为严重的公共卫生问题引起高度重视。现将质粒介导AmpC酶的来源、基因型和检测方法作一简要综述。
