摘要
分析了先进的高速铣削技术在模具加工中的应用优势,针对精锻模具的加工难点和传统加工中存在的问题以及批量生产的需求,提出了精锻模的高速铣削工艺的特点、高速铣削数控编程的原则和方法。
Advantage of application of high speed milling (HSM) in die manufacturing was analyzed. In terms of difficulties of precision forging die manufacturing, problems existing in conventional manufacturing and requirement for mass production, rules and methods of NC programming for HSM with respect to characteristics of HSM were proposed
