日照市城市居民代谢综合征及其相关疾病的流行病学调查

摘要 代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome，MS）是一组以高血糖、高血压、肥胖或中心性肥胖、脂代谢紊乱等为主要表现，多种心血管危险因素在同一个体的聚集状态，与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。近年来随着我国经济的快速增长，人们生存环境和生活方式的改变，以及人口的老龄化，MS及其相关疾病的发病率迅速增加。11省市队列研究结果显示，MS标化患病率为13．3％；
