摘要
分析了构建我国机车车辆产品技术平台同铁路跨越式发展“十字”方针及同标准化、系列化、模块化和信息化的关系;讨论了有关平台的起源、定义、组成、作用和重要性;介绍了国外汽车和机车车辆产品技术平台的发展概况;对构建我国机车车辆产品技术平台提出了初步设想,并提出了相应的建议。
The relation between development of technology platform for Chinese locomotive rolling stock products, Ten Words policy on Chinese railway developing jumpily, and standardization, seriation, modularization and informatization, was analyzed. The origin, definition, composition, role and importance of the technology platform were discussed. The general situation of technology platform for foreign automobile and locomotive & rolling stock products was presented. The tentative ideas and relevant proposals on development of technogy platform for Chinese locomotive and rolling stock products were put forward.
