摘要 撞击火焰是多喷嘴对置式气流床气化炉的主要特征。文中利用高速摄像仪和计算机图像处理技术,对两喷嘴撞击气化火焰的结构特性进行了研究,通过计算图像灰度相关系数定量描述了两喷嘴撞击气化火焰的结构特征。研究结果表明:在撞击前单股火焰仍能较好地保持其几何结构,但在撞击区内单股火焰的几何结构迅速消失。随着撞击速度的增大,火焰整体分布更为均匀,互相关系数标准差降低;单股火焰的湍流拟序结构分区变得不明显,互相关系数小幅波动的区域增多;撞击区内火焰分布不均匀,互相关系数降低。 The major characteristic of multi-burners opposed entrained-flow gasifier is impinging flame. With high-speed video camera and image-processing techniques, the structure properties of two-burners impinging gasification flame were investigated. The method of cross-correlation was applied to describe the characteristics of two-burners impinging flame. Results show that the geometric structure of single flame is maintained before it arriving to impinging region, but rapidly disappears in impinging region. With increase of velocity, the integral distribution of flame become homogeneous and the value on standard deviation of cross-correlation decrease. The turbulent subarea of single flame is not obvious and the number of the region with the small amplitude of cross-correlation coefficient increases. The flame distribution in impinging region is nonhomogeneous, furthermore, the cross-correlation coefficient decreases.
